Ashalim – the Association for Planning and Development of Services for Children and Youth at Risk and their Families is dedicated to:
- reducing the extent of children and youth living in risk situations in Israel, and
- increasing the ability of children and youth at risk to improve their quality of life and to advance their integration in society.
Ashalim believes that a wide range of service solutions are needed to enable children and youth at risk and their families to maximize their potential – in the personal, family and social realms of life.
Ashalim seeks to fulfill its mission by partnering with the Israeli government, municipalities, partner NGOs and families to develop, strengthen and internalize program models within Israel's social service system.
